Well, as most of you know, we've been looking for a new place for a while and we actually found one...Yay! Jason is very excited, but the kitchen is about the size of my 1/2 bath downstairs, so I think I'm having some major anxiety over it...The important thing is to think of the future. The landlord told us that if we are interested in buying the place in a year or so that he'll sell to us first. So, we could do some great stuff with the place. It's on a 1/2 acre, which looks more like 3/4. The backyard is huge, there's a garage for my car, plenty of parking, nice neighbors, a 3rd bedroom (most important at this point), new tile, carpet, heaters, countertops, and it's a single level house, which is much needed, in my opinion. We have an entire month to get out of here and we were planning on taking our time, but last night Jason went out to start up his pickup and fix a few things on it for the move, when he realized that someone had broken a key off in his passenger door! Whether they were just being jerks or trying to break into the truck, we don't know...Nor do we know exactly when it happened. Our landlord doesn't plan to do anything about it and without a time frame the cops can't do much either. It was at that point last night that Jason decided he hates this neighborhood (the ghetto) and wants to be out in two weeks. So I've spent most of the day taking pictures off the wall and removing Seb's bedroom border just to take care of a few of the little things. It's nice, but frustrating being pregnant during a move-there isn't much I can do to help. I can pack up all the boxes but I can't lift a damn thing! Either way though, we've got a new place and we're moving. I'm glad to be done looking for houses and dealing with that frustration, hopefully the move will go well. It would be nice to have plenty of sleeping room for my family when they come to visit. I know my dad will be over a lot this summer to race so another bedroom is going to be really nice, especially since Seb wants Shanon to sleep in his room.

That's awesome!! So excited for you!! Make sure you post pics of the new place before and after furniture gets moved in, that always blows my mind. The difference is amazing. Plus, now you can do a nursery!!
Congrats on the house! Now the stress is going to come of getting everything packed! Where's the house at?
YAY for you! Congrats on the new place! It sounds perfect-except for the kitchen-but you can work around that! How exciting that you may be able to buy it in a year! Buying a house is an AWESOME investment!
Bummer about J's truck. People are jerks. Glad you get to move to a better neighborhood. Especially since you have small kids.
Good Luck! Prayers that the move goes smoothly. Don't over do it! Remember your precious cargo.
