Well, in keeping with the Berry tradition we learned at about 7:15 this morning that we are expecting another little boy! We are going with the name Shanon James...Shanon after Jason's grandpa who just passed this October, and James for my Pappy who passed last October. I think this is the perfect time for this little guy to be coming into our lives. It's a little bit of a healing for both our families, and although we were actually anticipating a little girl (since my poll showed something like 82% girl), I'm so happy that he's just a beautiful, healthy baby boy! He's adorable, even if he's still in black and white. He weighs a whole pound already and is a perfectly healthy baby. We got to watch him swallow and "show a little muscle" too. I did wake up in a bit of a panic this morning thinking to myself that I have no idea how to even change a baby girl's diaper, but those fears are thankfully extinguished now! However, I did realize that I am still the only female in the house. Jason, Seb, the cats (my mom's included), even the darn fish is male! Can you believe it? I'm severely outnumbered here. Just wanted to share the news with everyone, hope you like the picture.

Yay!!!! SO exciting! Just goes to show that the polls are not always right! I think mine showed way more boy votes than girls! I'm glad everything's good with him and that's such an awesome name espicially since it's family oriented!! Congrats girl! I feel ya on the only female in the household! So does this mean there'll be a third child in the future?
Thanx. I'm really excited about everything. I love his name, both my boys' names will be original. It kinda looks like I'm stuck on "S" though, doesn't it? We'll probably talk about more kids later, just depends on how many we can afford. hehe

I hear you on the being outnumbered thing. Both of our cats, our dog, my husband and now a baby boy make the ratio or males to female 5:1.
Congrats! I'm way out of the loop you posted this on Tuesday, where have I been? :-) I'm outnumbered too, and I feel you about changing girls diapers, no clue, last girl I changed is now 19! Damn I feel old! :-) I shall set aside some of the stuff Logan is already growing out of. :-) Again I'm so happy for you.
