Yesterday was a very busy day...It seemed to happen in three segments...
First, my Nana had to go to the hospital because she fell, but she's doing okay now. Nothing was broken and she only sprained her pinkie, but she does have a few bumps and bruises so I'm staying close by to keep an eye on her.
Second, I spent two hours at the dealership (a nice mini-break from the boys) getting my passenger door lock fixed and visiting with a very nice older woman about her church's charity bizarre, all while learning about the amazing rivalry between the Giants and Dodgers (all the way back to when they were from New York)...Fascinating stuff really. I'm officially a Dodgers fan now, as far as their little riff goes. --That's right, I like the workin' man!
And third, it marked three months to the day that little Shanny was born...So we decided to have a little celebration. I made chicken and dumplings for dinner and bought some cupcakes and everyone came over for a little get-together, except for Tutu, who was unfortunately working at the time (we were thinking of you Tutu)!
As you can probably see from the pictures, Shan's changing all the time, and growing like a little weed! He's getting such a little personality...He's laughing and talking now and trying to play and changing everyday. And looking at these pictures I had to ask myself...How did we ever get along without him?
Anyway, here are a few photos of yesterday...

And of course, the adorable, older kiddies!

Goodness but the two of you make some darn gorgeous kids! Thought of you the other night at the ballgame!
That is awesome! I'm glad you moved and are closer to family. Isn't it amazing how they grow so fast and it's like they have always been there?
