Well, it's nice to be home, although I think we all had a great, and fairly relaxed, time while we were over at my dad's house. While Seb and I were playing with Megan & Cade and visiting with my sister, Jason spent most of his time helping my dad with the racecar...He was like a little kid with Tinker Toys, and my dad was so grateful to have him there, that's all he talked about all weekend. For those of you who don't know the story, my dad used to race this car even before I was born in Petaluma. It was my Pappy's racecar and we sold quite a few years ago, but we were able to get it back this last year, which is pretty great since my Pappy's gone now. And Jason and my dad will be driving it this season up at Madras.
So I took a few pictures, hope you like them...As you can see, it still needs a little work...

My hubby has a great relationship with my dad too! It is way cool!
Fun with the car thing! My dad, DH and my uncle always talk about getting a car ready for the drags up home in August...none of them have the time right now..maybe someday!
