First impressions...The boys on their way to their school orientations. They both wanted to dress up, especially since Shan had his picture taken for school.
First day of 2nd grade! He did great, earned a ton of classroom money and was a great teacher's helper. He has three or four friends in his class from last year and got to spend time with a bunch of them today. He was so excited when he got home, I'm so proud of my "big kid".
Shan's first day of his last year of preschool...It's just going so fast! He was really nervous when he first got to class today but he did so great...He listened to his teacher, made some new friends, did some projects & played outside, and I think he said something about having a girlfriend (God help me) so I think he's really going to love school again this year!
He was so excited for his first day of school that he put his backpack on when Seb got on the bus and kept it on until it was time for school, which was about two hours since he had a "practice day" which meant they started an hour later this morning. Friday is a full day and he's already super excited to go back and learn and spend time with his new friends!
