What's New...

Well, what can I say, my boys just keep growing! It could be that I keep feeding them those darn 3 meals a day, but ya know, who wants to deal with child services. haha

Okay, seriously, Sebastian is growing like a little weed. We just went last weekend and his school supplies for Kindergarten this year! Honestly, buying school supplies is the best. I probably had some wild, strung out look on my face when it was all over. I think I was just high from the smell of freshly sharpened pencils! He even picked out a rockin' Transformers lunch box, now if we could only find a matching backpack he'd probably strip a gear from the excitement!

This last weekend Grandma & Grandpa took Seb to Widgi for golf, just the three of them, so we kept Shan with us. First he & Jason made chocolate chip cookies, then we watched a little of the Red Sox game, then we took off to Sun Mountain for a little golf of our own...Yep, Shan has finally been mini golfing! It was funny because he'd been to a real course at least twice before he got the chance to play on a mini course.

He spent most of the time hitting the ball, then picking it up, then hitting it again, and eventually setting it ever so gently next to the hole before knocking it in. He was even so kind as to pick up my ball, and on occasion Jason's too. It was pretty fun though, and it gave Jason & I a chance to work on our putting (which I'm not too good at yet).

Oh, and he learned a fun new trick to hitting the ball in to a tough spot...I guess when it's mini golf, who's going to complian about a pool/golf combo? haha

I too, am continuing to grow...Tomorrow I'll be 29 weeks and Thursday will be heading up to the clinic for my glucose test & lovely RhoGam shot (which I think will be in the arm, not the bum, thankfully). Now, instead of counting up, we're working on the countdown! Seb got to see my belly move all over yesterday, his eyes just lit up, it was great! And Shan has taken to kissing my belly and talking to his "Yucas" all the time.

Jason has been incredibly busy with work, which is a real blessing with today's economy, and has been busy with softball too. It's playoffs right now, and we're down to the final night tonight! It's a potential triple header! First we play Budweiser and if we win, then we play D&D twice. So we'll all be at the field tonight, decked out in green for the team...Except for me, since my entire wardrobe consists of zero green shirts! I'll probably end up in Jason's 1st season jersey. I'll keep everyone updated on how it goes tonight...Hopefully we'll take 1st this year!
