Sunday we took the boys to the Old Mill to SantaLand for a visit with the Ol' St. Nick. The boys were very excited and made sure to wear their Santa hats. Seb was the first to walk up to Santa (he's a Christmas Veteran these days) and Shan followed quickly behind him, as Shan always has to do what his big brother does.
They sat on Santa's lap and read him their letters and talked with him a bit, and Seb was even brave enough to admit that he hadn't been at his best this year but Santa reassured him that he'd be getting a little something for his good behavior.
After their quality time with Santa Lucas got to meet the "big man in red". It was so much fun to see my three amazing little boys sitting with Santa and looking gorgeous (yeah, I'm a little biased). And looking at the picture of them with Santa (that I've got as a background on my computer) is a reminder of how blessed Jason & I are. There may not be tons of snow around and our tree might not be up yet, and we might not even be able to spend this Christmas will all of our loved ones, but I'm definitely feeling the Christmas Spirit in my heart and it's such an awesome, warm, wonderful feeling!
