This weekend was I Heart Bend and it was awesome! There were 20 churches all together! Over a thousand people, from all the different churches and some not affiliated at all with a church coming out to love on their community for the day! We'd signed up for hydrants...I was told there were about 1,600 hydrants painted that day. My team consisted of 2 adults, 3 seniors, and 4 kids. We were able to get 26 of them painted in less than four hours...17 of which, my crew did.

After getting home and finally getting most of the paint off our bodies we headed back out to Drake Park to enjoy the I Heart Bend festival...There was great food, awesome music, and a super cool kid zone!
