We had a great day yesterday, celebrating the 4th of July! Fortunately, Jason only had to run one service call yesterday so we got a lot of good quality family time with him the rest of the day. Our usual routine is to make tons of food, go to the local festival downtown and have a big BBQ with all our local family and friends. But now that we're living in a completely new community we had to find some new activities...We decided to stay in town, with Jason on call, so we did lots of fun things at home and skipped the big BBQ this year. Here are some photos of all the fun...
Lucas was ready to party it up as soon as we bought the Mardi Gras beads with shot glass attached to them! haha
We took a drive to visit Nana & Pappy and bring them some fun decorations (Lucas was the only one willing to pose for a pic).
The boys attacked each other with cans of silly string.
We made chocolate bowls with homemade whip and strawberries.
We tye dyed shirts.
These are Lucas'.
Shan made these ones.
And Seb made these...One is for his friend Landen.
