I've been meaning to post a picture of the cake for a bit now, since it's been almost a week since his party, but it's been a little busy around here lately. So here's his cake and a couple pictures of him with his friends.
Seb wanted a Diary of a Wimpy Kid theme so we made him a book for a cake. His invitations were a slice of moldy swiss cheese to represent the "cheese touch" from the movie.
The kids played soccer (the main character's favorite sport), tossed water balloons, chased each other with sticky hands, and enjoyed eating Seb's book cake. I love celebrating my boys' birthdays but I think I'm over the big parties with lots of wild third graders.
