Carl Edwards' Racecar

The boys watch the race with their dad almost every weekend but they only ever have one favorite...Jimmie Johnson. Well, a couple weekends ago Carl Edwards' car was in town so we took them down to see it. They each took a turn sitting in it and then got to listen to it start up. It's the first time any of us have been around a real racecar like that so it was pretty neat to see. It was crazy loud. The boys thought it was great and Shan was just in awe that Carl Edwards' left his racing suit in the trailer, and his helmet too. haha

I think it's safe to say that Carl Edwards has a few new fans. Now when they watch the race they scream about the "99 car" every time it goes around the track.
