One of my favorite things about living in Bend! We went to Nightglow Friday night and watched them inflate the balloons and light them up, which is always fun. Saturday morning I couldn't get anyone to wake up so I went to the launch to take pictures and then raced home to wake the boys up so they could watch the balloons float past the house. One of them floated directly over our house, and my head, which was pretty neat to see. And Sunday morning we woke up to the balloons floating right past both our bedroom window and the boys' window too...What a cool way to wake up! We have yet to make it to the children's festival they have every year but hopefully next year we'll make it down there so the kids can play.
