Not to sound repetitive like the Finding Nemo seagulls, since this is more of a statement than a question anyway. That's right, baby! She's mine...Finally mine! Feel free to insert my evil laugh here. My insurance, my name on the title (and by "mine", I mean "ours" of course). It's so exciting to think that after three years and five months of payments we don't have to send another check to the bank...Ol' Gertie, as we like to call her, is finally our car. And to sweeten the deal, our third row seat arrived on Wednesday and yesterday Jason & I froze our tootsies off putting it into my car. I honestly didn't know what kind of work was involved with putting the seat in but I'm pretty sure I had no idea it included pulling all the plastic pieces off the inside of my car and taking the carpet up to drill holes in the floor pan...Holy smokes! And then after we got all the bolts in, re-installed the carpet, and put all the pieces back where they belongs we had to put the seat together and bolt it into the car. Seb kept coming out to check on our work and Shan spent a while out there playing with all the tools and trying to "help". It took us three hours to get everything done on it and then we had to make sure the boys had enough leg room. They were more than happy to ride home in the back of the car to test the new seat out. It's so nice to finally have our car paid off and even better, now it starts with the touch of a button and seats 8!
