Just thought I'd post a little something to let you all know I'm still here! We've been so busy with things, and I'm sure you all are as well.
Jason's still working hard. He's got a big job coming up on a local school and waiting on a big raise. There's a new guy working with them, came from Arizona and he's pretty fast, I guess. The boys (and Bear) all still run to the window when he pulls into the driveway...Makes me happy that they're always so excited to see their Daddy!
I'm working on about 10 different things at once...Everything from my books to my photos to Seb's party details to spending time with friends, working on new crafts, taking Seb to school, Bear to the vets, both boys to story time...You get the idea! And I'm feeling the early symptoms of baby fever again, but that's another story.
Seb's doing summer school...And LOVING it! He's officially a READER now and is telling us bedtime stories these days (thanks to Dick & Jane). I can't believe how fast he's growing. He's just such a big boy, it's really bittersweet! His skinny little bird legs still crack me up though.
Shan's working on "more" & "please" in sign language and says everything from Hi to Bye to Mama, Daddy, Papa, Look, Bear, Potty, and blowing kisses. He's even putting words together and Monday we got a phrase out of him!
We've been working on the house and making some headway I think. It's got a while yet before it'll be really nice but everyday we give her more character. I took some pics the other day to show you the progress so here it is. Hope you like...

So far, we've hauled all the rock out of the front yard, tore down the ugly wood shed and burnt all the weeds in the driveway...
The kitchen still needs to be painted and I'm going to put up some cute stuff but it's good size.
The fireplace is my favorite part of the living room. I love the Willow Tree people. My best friend made those little signs for us for Xmas, and I just haven't wanted to take the little heart lanterns down from Valentine's Day.
Here's Shan's room (it used to be Seb's). It's pretty small but he loves it. He listens to his music at night, plays with his toys, and can get a new diaper for you if you ask him. And he loves closing his closet door by himself.
Just ignore the flowers, Seb's room used to be mine. We just put up everything from his old room and we're going to paint over the flowers and do a new border. He and Shan watch TV when they're getting dressed and once in a while he gets a movie at bedtime. Yep, they're spoiled!
Our big fancy "master suite"...The first thing we did was paint every wall! The room was my Nana's but it's got some character now! (Fun fact, our master bath is the smallest in the house)
The boys' bathroom is all surfer style-Karli inspired me!
Of course, I couldn't leave out the playroom...It's not painted yet but the boys LOVE it! And with the surround sound and pool table we kinda love it too!
