On Saturday we went to a Tree Farm...A first for all of us. It was pretty cold so we were all bundled up. Seb picked "The Perfect Tree" and one of the guys came over with his four-wheeler and little hauler and chopped the tree down and then he and Seb loaded it in the hauler and he drove it to the "Tree Shop" where they shook it out and wrapped it up...It's so cute, it fit in the back of my rig and everything!
As soon as we got home Jason unwrapped it and stuck it in the tree stand. We put on Christmas music, had some hot chocolate and started decorating. We already have presents under the tree, with more to come. We did a little around the house too and the front yard. It's just exciting to be celebrating Christmas in our own house with our own tree this year!
Not much else new, but here's some pics for ya... This would be our "Tutu-Angel"...We had to find a happy medium. He likes angels on the tree top, I like Tutu.
My little decorators.

YAY! Look at you guys go!
I love these kind of things! We have little traditions that I just love! We have eggnog while we decorate our tree...the kids' don't have rum...ha ha and we have lights on the house and presents under the tree! Those are the fun things that the kids will really remember!
