This last Sunday was the Heaven Can Wait Breast Cancer 5k. My mom and I went down and registered and Jason & the boys decided to join us too. We all wore pink and made signs and walked in honor of my mom's friend Holly and in memory of my grandma's friend Dorothy and my mom's other friend Natalie. It was so special to walk for someone! We talked to the firemen and checked out the pink fire trucks and signed them and we explained to the boys how important and special it was. They wore the signs with the names and carried their own signs that said "Don't Judge Us...We Fight For "The Girls"! And when we finished the walk we got our ribbons. Although I had to give Seb a pony ride during part of it and Shan rode in the stroller because he couldn't keep up, we did have a great time. I loved sharing it with some of my favorite people. There were over 2,000 people last year and this year there were over 4,000! I'm already making plans to get people together for next year!
